Loan size: Up to $11.0 million
Term: Various; tailored to the specific transaction.
Property Types: All types of property, including apartment, office, retail, industrial, construction to permanent financing and mixed-used projects.
Loan Types: Construction, acquisition and refinancing.
Markets: Target markets include Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Other New England markets will be considered.
Closing: Typically 30-45 days after receipt of qualifying documentation. We will work to accomodate a quicker closing if necessary.
